Ich haben eins eir

Ich habe ier auf montag und sie smeckt toll. Wir hat eins schlect zeit aber sie noch smeckt nett. Die verabeiten war shwer aber ich mag es.

How to make eggs Benedict

ingredients
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 large free range eggs

2 toasting muffins
1 batch hot hollandaise sauce (see 'Goes well with' below)
4 slices Parma ham (or Serrano or Bayonne)

Directions

  1. Bring a deep saucepan of water to the boil (at least 2 litres) and add 3 tbsp white wine vinegar. Break the eggs into 4 separate coffee cups or ramekins. Split the muffins, toast them and warm some plates.
  2. Swirl the vinegared water briskly to form a vortex and slide in an egg. It will curl round and set to a neat round shape. Cook for 2-3 mins, then remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. Repeat with the other eggs, one at a time, re-swirling the water as you slide in the eggs. Spread some sauce on each muffin, scrunch a slice of ham on top, then top with an egg. Spoon over the remaining hollandaise and serve at once.

Mairehau Merrylicious market

               Mairehau Merrylicious Market

On Thursday my school held a market. At the market my group did a photo booth. My group was Anti, Jodie and I. You may think the idea was pretty good but you would be wrong, even though everyone gave us support and thought it was a good idea at the market all we did was sit and watch people go by. Only the teaches and our relatives (apart from one group) actually took a photo and even then we only made about $14.

In conclusion it was ok I am not looking forward to doing better next year. I think that people did not go to my stall because people don't like taking photos of themselves and i they do the would just take selfies.

Mystery food bag

In FLT this term we get to do this cool thing called the mystery food box in 'How to Adult'.
'How to Adult' is where we learn how to be adults, obviously. This lesson we learnt how to cook a random meal out of the random bits of food in a bag. to the right is an example of what we did. On the day before we partnered up I chose to partner up with Jodie and Antionette went with Dakoda. We tried to  find some recipes on the internet but we could not find anything... But luckily Jodie kind of knew how to make some swirly pasta with some mince and boiled veges. So once we got to the food room we had to wash our hands and put on an apron. When we went to the table we got our bag of food and some people wanted to trade pastas but we wanted the swirly pasta and thats what we had originally.i found learning exiting.next time i would like to try and concentrate more and think better because i did make a few mistakes.one thing that worked well was how me and jodie worked as a team.
